From GALILEO's landing page, go to Advanced Search.
Enter the title exactly into the search box. Under All Fields to the right, select Title. This will only search the key words against all titles in the database. Click Search.
From the results page, you should see the resource you are looking for. There may be duplicates depending on the publication platform.
